Redeeming Online
- STEP 1: LOG IN to redeem points.
- STEP 2: Search through different categories. You can search by item or point value.
- STEP 3: Choose the reward you would like.
- STEP 4: Select the quantity, then click on the add to cart button.
- STEP 5: Click the "Check Out" button.
- STEP 6: Confirm your order and shipping address. Then click the "Complete My Order" button. You will receive a confirmation to print for your records.
Redeeming By Phone
To redeem by phone please call 1.877.722.6564. Representatives are available between 7am and 11pm EST, Monday through Sunday.
Reward Delivery
e-Certificates are delivered to your email address on record within 72 hours. Delivery time for regular gifts and gift cards is 2-4 weeks and 4-6 weeks for merchandise rewards.
