Pooling is combining all your BankMiles® points with several BankMiles Credit Cards. Enjoy the power of pooling to earn points even faster.

  • Invite other BankMiles members to join your pool.
  • Join an existing pool. Please note you will need to be invited by a member of that pool.
  • Log in to your account to see the total number of points your pool has earned.
  • Redeem points from your pool for rewards from your pool at anytime.
  • If you are a business card member you may only pool with others who are in the same business. Please note, you cannot have the same card in more than one pool.
  • If you have one card in a pool you must first unlink that card from the pool to join a different pool.
  • Business account pooling must be set up by the BankMiles Rewards Center. For Assistance, please contact a representative at 1.877.722.6564 Monday through Friday 8 am - 9 pm and Saturday through Sunday 8 am - 6 pm ET.

Redeeming Online

  • STEP 1: LOG IN to redeem points.
  • STEP 2: Search through different categories. You can search by item or point value.
  • STEP 3: Choose the reward you would like.
  • STEP 4: Select the quantity, then click on the add to cart button.
  • STEP 5: Click the “Check Out” button.
  • STEP 6: Confirm your order and shipping address. Then click the "Complete My Order" button. You will receive a confirmation to print for your records.

Redeeming By Phone

To redeem by phone please call 1.877.722.6564. Monday through Friday 8 am - 9 pm and Saturday through Sunday 8 am - 6 pm ET.

Reward Delivery

e-Certificates are delivered to your email address on record within 72 hours. Delivery time for regular gifts and gift cards is 2-4 weeks and 4-6 weeks for merchandise rewards.
