Your credit card account will soon be transferred from First Citizens Bank to Southern Bank and Trust.

To prepare for this transition, BankMiles rewards points may no longer be redeemed for new Travel bookings.

You may continue to redeem your rewards points for other BankMiles redemption options through September 30, 2026.

For assistance with an existing Travel booking, please call the BankMiles Center at 1-877-722-6564, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 9 pm, and Saturday through Sunday, 8 am - 6 pm ET.
